What is the minimum night stay?
During our high season (December 15 - April 15), there is a one-week minimum night stay. All other times, there are no minimum night requirements!
Do you offer holiday bookings?
We do offer Holiday Bookings, although there are premiums for each week. Currently, New Years and Christmas Week are $26,680 for the week, Easter Week and Thanksgiving Week are $16,330.
Do you offer any large group rates?
Our rates remain the same no matter how many people you bring to The Pavilion. However, if only 4 bungalows are used instead of all 5, there is a slight discount.
How does the wedding/event planning process work?
We have a local wedding planner that has worked several weddings at The Pavilion (including one of the owners!) and has much experience catering to all the individual needs of our guests' weddings. We would organize a call with this wedding planner to make sure we give you the wedding of your dreams!
When should I alert staff about potential food allergies?
We can alert Sandra with any food allergies as soon as you book your trip. This way, Sandra can grocery shop for specific meals catered to any food allergies from the group.
Can I book a long-term rental?
For any stays longer than 28 days, we can provide a discount of 15%.
